  • What makes Abbey Rose different?

    Within Abbey Rose, you’ll be able to experience a range of facilities and living space designed to promote independence in a more conducive environment. Our facilities also include; a cinema, lounge bar, café area, activities room and a gym. There are beautiful landscaped gardens which feature a relaxing and calming waterfall.

    And for those residents who have mobility issues, Abbey Rose boasts circadian human centric tuneable lighting – which helps to create a more comfortable environment, especially for those who have difficulty in going outside to enjoy the sunlight.

    Additional features include; a hair salon, a wellness suite (open for aromatherapy and massage treatments) as well as a garden room retreat. We can also arrange for sessions including; Aromatherapy, Chiropody, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dental Hygiene and Eye Testing. The care team are on hand 24/7 to provide any other assistance.

    Abbey Rose provides the following care services:

    • Dementia Care*

     *Dementia Care is offered on a case-by-case basis. We are unfortunately unable to offer residency to individuals whose behaviour has become disruptive.

  • Activities

    Activities are designed to accommodate residents’ wishes and abilities. Often hosted within the surroundings of the garden or conservatory, activities include; parties, themed days, birthdays, day trips, Bingo as well as special celebrations and tributes to residents’ lifetime achievements.

  • Food

    Residents are treated to excellent catering from the on-site chef, who has worked at Abbey Rose for over ten years. Dietary preferences are catered for and snacks and drinks are available wherever residents require them.
